Joy, in the US, the treatment you describe is done by a physical therapist
or, more likely, an occupational therapist.  I don't know what the basic
training difference is, but I'm finding that occupational therapists seem
to branch out to broader treatment modalities more frequently. This is
based on my limited experience in the last few years.

"My" Cranio/Sacral therapist who works with my clients' babies is an
occupational therapist, who continued her training in other directions, but
has her basic knowledge of the body's workings as a foundation.
