Just want to turn your attentions to the MBC's web site and their latest  
article on how Massachusetts is getting rid of the formula diaper bags in the  
hospitals.
Go to _www.massbfc.org_ (http://www.massbfc.org/)  and on the home page click 
on  the first article under "In the News."  After you go to this article 
there  are further links to "how we did it" and than another link to some of the  
testimonies.  You will see some hard work by many different  parties.
Hope this can have a ripple effect to other states.
