Hi Christine,
 I think the best approach in presenting information on the health of
human milk with the neonatologists you work with would be a dr. to dr.
level. 
  What kind of support system do you have?  How many nurses and/or
managers agree with you?  I wouldn't do this alone.
 Also look at patient/parent satisfaction surveys.  Hopefully the
clientelle can influence some changes.  What do your nurse managers say
about using human milk as much as possible?  Are the mothers providing
their own milk as much as possible?  The large NICU in my hospital has a
Symphony pump in every single room.  
  Keep us posted in any changes in the attitudes at your workplace!
