 To my knowledge there are several breastfeeding coalitions in various parts of CA. I suggest you contact the US Breastfeeding Committee (usbreastfeeding.org<http://usbeastfeeding.org>)for info what already exists in CA, who to contact, and how to start a coalition. USBC works with breastfeeding coalitions all over the US and would have much information for you.
