Okay Jack...I get your point about informed consent.  It sounds a lot like
what the tobacco companies have done with the cigarette label warnings
pre-empting them from liability.  HOW ABOUT MAKING THE DOCTORS SIGN THE
"INFORMED CONSENT" attesting that they have in fact provided certain
specific types of bf education?  I'm only half serious, but it's the
thought that counts...
