I wouldn't doubt that many of you are tired about this subject.  I am.
 However, I felt the need to add my .02 as well.  Since circumcision is very
much part of Jewish tradition, and other cultures as well--it is not going to
go away.  My suggestion is to deal with each case as it arises.  In many
cases, the traditional Jewish circumcision is much more humane than the
hospital circumcisions done at 2-3 days with absolutely no anesthesia.
 Jewish tradition waits 8 days, and longer if the baby is too small or weak
to go through the procedure, and often wine is provided (ad nausem) to deaden
the pain.  Whatever the case, each baby is different, and there are different
ways that they respond.  Just be aware of the circumstances of
circumcision...  It is not likely that you will have much control over its
