Encourage this mother to breastfeed. I don't know where 20 mg came
from. The amount the baby will get from the milk is less than he gets
in utero at this moment.

If this mother wants to breastfeed, we should never discourage her.
After all, having a baby and breastfeeding are major events in a woman's
life. This is what she may need to get her life together. Does anyone
have the right to deny her this chance?
