Kathy Koch neglected the possibility that breastfeeding (or urge to counsel others about BF) could be the first sign of an incipient brain tumor.  If that doesn't send everyone running to their local CAT scanner, I don't know what will.
We must NEVER jump to hasty conclusions, but ALWAYS entertain all hypotheses.
Failing that, maybe we should just try to entertain.  I intend to start tomorrow.
