One more movie:

"Impromptu" -  A 19th century story of the romance between Frederic Chopin
and author George Sand (pen name, she was an unusual woman).  It features
Bernadette Peters as the wife of a musician.  She breastfeeds her baby when
George visits her.  It seems like a reference to her poverty or bohemian
nature, take your pick.
