Hi all.  I am working with an adoptive mom on relactation,  I'm curious on
how others in the United States go about suggesting domperidone vs reglan.
As Reglan is approved and available and the other-not.  What do you feel
comfortable suggesting, providing, etc regarding info.  I have used reglan
previously, but never suggested domperidone, but am very aware of it's
benefit esp from reading Lactnet!   Please email privately as I am not sure
if this is "list worthy".

Also thanks for all the suggestions regarding the 2 mo old, she sees the
cardiologist today and I am calling tomorrow to see what he said, and give my
2oz worth!:)
