Hi Jaye, robin here.  Can't you have a easy client please...  You have done 
everything that I can think of so nothing new from me, except how long was 
she on the diflucan?  You probably already do this, but just in case... We start 
with 400mg stat then 200 mg for 21 -28 days for stubborn candida yeast.  
The fact that she burns even when not nursing strongly suggests (according 
to Dr. Newman) candida of the deep ductal breast tissue.  Not easy to get rid 
of.  Consider MRSA?  Someone with more experience than me may be able to 
help you.  Thats all I can think of.  You thought of the rest...
