I would ask about her continuing education that she has received outside
formal education. I would ask how she gets information to answer questions, what
resources and references she has found helpful. I would ask if she participates
actively in professional organizations. Also, in what areas does she enjoy
the most, why and how does she gauge satisfaction in what she does. Where does
she see herself in 10 years, what additional skills and trainings does she want
and why, what does she feel are her weak areas and how does she plan on
strengthening those.
