The Purely Yours can be used in the case, one just needs to push the ac
adapter holder down away from the side of the pump.
I think the ability to remove the pump for cleaning is an advantage, and
I'm glad that Medela's new backpack and briefcase style Pump in Styles
have removable pump units.
