To Catherine Keenan,
I'm confused by your e-mail concerning WIC funding cuts.  The WIC Program
in our state (Missouri) did not get any "cuts" in funding.  It's my
understanding the the appropriations bill (at the federal level) for the
current year was signed w/o any "cuts."  Does your State get state
appropriations to run the WIC Program?  Maybe that's where the "cuts" are
coming from.  The MO WIC Program doesn't receive any state-appropriated
funds.
