The rabies series consists of immune globulin, which would be safe, since
it's IgG, and the vaccine series, which is inactivated virus.(Briggs)
Neither of these would pose a threat to a nursing infant. The vaccine
might produce IgA antibodies to rabies in the milk, but that would be
beneficial.  Can't find anything regarding shedding of the virus (from the
bite itself) in human milk.
