I'd rather see a DeLee anytime over the violence and uselessness of the 
suction bulb. At least the Delee gets where the mucus could feasibly cause a 
problem. I believe they just use the suction bulb to stimulate the baby to 
cry, but it's rough and rude and by the time the mucus is up in his throat 
it's not the problem that it was down lower. The DeLee is gentler and gets 
more mucus anyway.
