I guess I wonder why the guard didn't politely tell the guys to move on,
that mom was feeding her baby and that's legal everywhere.  Another thought
was the guard was reading her own opinion into why the 4 men happened to be
standing nearby.  Or if they were making lewd remarks it was the guard's
responsibility to correct Them, not Mom.  Pat in SNJ
