Hi,

How do you handle situation's of  NICU baby's that have a positive meconium 
screen for marijuana after delivery? What do you tell your mom's that have a hx 
of street drug abuse that want to breastfeed? Are they allowed to breastfeed 
in your NICU if baby has positive meconium? Mom's that are negative, baby 
positive?  Mom's that state not using currently? How do you handle?
