Dr. Jack Newman's Guide to Breastfeeding (Canadian title for his book),
published in 2000  is listed as $26 on the back cover and can sometimes be
had for less.

Charlotte, probably not a lot of people on the list know what the Canadian
dollar is worth right now - $30 to $45 Can. is probably about $20 to $30
U.S.
