Usually the breastfed babies I see for "colic" are having difficulty
handling mom's milk flow, and when either the supply is under control or
management to help baby handle flow is initiated, the crying magically
stops. The change in baby's demeanor is such that the moms almost
universally say "If I didn't know better, I'd think you switched babies
on me."

Sometimes, they have reflux, or are in pain from something else. It's a
shame it gets labeled 'colic' and poor baby goes untreated.
