Hi there...although I don't have the answer to this question directly, I
believe I have read that milk supply is not regulated totally by prolactin.
Milk supply is driven by how empty the breast is, and how often the milk is
emptied and the hormonal pathways flow. (Hartmann).  A mother with
reduction surgery may have further complications in that her "pathways" for
milk to be empty have been damaged.  Just a thought. And, Domperidone is a
better drug than Reglan to engender increased supply. See
