I would suspect that any toxin would be too large to get into the
milk.  The pharmacist might know the molecular weight.  However, if
the mother is not getting enough to cause her generalized symptoms,
why would we suspect the baby will get enough?  I would not pump and
dump (argh).  I would breastfeed.
