Thank you to everyone who responded to my post on "artificial rabbit milk".
I too saw the Discovery show yesterday about rabbits.  It was a day late
unfortunately.  Both bunnies died yesterday.  I'm sure the kitten formula
didn't have enough protein or fat in it to sustain their lives.  That and
whatever internal damage our cat may have done to them compounded with not
having their mother and her milk was more than these little ones could
handle.  I'll defintely keep the info I got from your posts and the show as
I'm afraid we may face this again some day.  Thanks again, Sue
