A person who works in dietary at the hospital I work at mentioned to me that
she used this for her engorgement.  She just applied the cocoa butter lotion
to her breasts.   She said it worked wonderfully.  I meant to post about it
but had forgotten.  I am also curious if anyone else has heard about this
self treatment?
