A galactocoele is not a reason to stop breastfeeding.  Aspirating it does
not get rid of it, as the mother learned.  There is no reason to treat it
unless it is causing pressure symptoms, and in that case surgery, not
aspiration needs to be done.  If it's that big, stopping breastfeeding will
not make it disappear.  Leave the thing alone.  The only reason to aspirate
is to make the diagnosis.

Why on earth did anyone tell her to stop breastfeeding for a galactocoele?
