Hello. I'm joining the list today with assistance from Jeffrey
(thanks). I am a nurse at a large tertiarry care facility where we
see about 2000 deliveries each year. We have a high risk perinatal
service, maternal transport and critical care program, and provide
care to the bulk of the women in our city. We have one lactation
consultant and one nutritionist/lactation specialist on staff.

My work is to help improve outcomes for populations of women and
children at risk. That includes nearly every woman and infant we
serve.

I'm looking forward to being a part of this list.

Mary....from Baltimore, where we're still digging out from snow and
my 2 toddlers are enjoying the best snow of their lives.
