Please don't forget some of us are Family Medicine physicians and we not
only can and do deliver babies but do newborn care. I feel we offer the
best of both worlds to our patients' as we can prescribe treatment for
mom and baby. We have a very unique perspective into the interaction
between the breastfeeding mom and her newborn. It is one of the things I
love about Family Medicine.
