On a personal note... I was diagnosed with hypothyroid when my second son
was 4 months old.  I never had supply problems and when I started the
synthroid I also never noticed a drop or increase for that matter in my milk
supply.  The only real physical change that I noticed was a slight drop in
weight and an anxiousness that I always had seemed to wane.
