I've never heard of the American Breastfeeding Coalition. The site link is
to a neonatology site that seems real, but has no mention of an "American
Breastfeeding Coalition."

Perhaps this is a confused reference to the United States Breastfeeding
Committee, whose web site is www.usbreastfeeding.org.
