Dear All,

On the heals of this new Brook Shields add touting Bright Beginnings
infant formula, wouldn't it be effective to have a service add by real
doctors promoting breastfeeding and negating formula use? Would the AAP or
another medical association be willing to pay for it? Doctors are so often
quoted as a whole group (eg: "Doctors recommend using ____") that
consumers are led to falsely believe that if doctors are recommending it,
it MUST be good. And it doesn't hurt to have a beautiful celebrity telling
the world that she gives the stuff to her own baby, so why WOULDN'T you
give it to yours? I think a group of doctors could have a more powerful
affect than a pretty celeb.
