I was over my limit of messages yesterday, so here is the note I sent to the moms last week:

Many people don’t understand that when they have problems with breast pumps, they can report it to the FDA.  https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/medwatch/medwatch-online.htm 

As they provide information about breast pumps in their website: www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/ProductsandMedicalProcedures/HomeHealthandConsumer/ConsumerProducts/BreastPumps/default.htm , it is appropriate to report problems.
