penny royal stood out in you list. please use with caution if at all. 
pennyroyal can be toxic in large doses. it is also an abortafacient- if she were to get pregnant. ( leave essential oil alone.) the others were better. also penny royal is not to be used ifyou have ki8dney disease due to irritation of kidneys with the volatile oil. 

to reduce blood sugar gymena is a good herb. works well. goat's rue also lowers blood sugar.
