I have done a search of the archives for Information on 1_131 and everything
refers to using it as a diagnostic agent. I have a mom who will be receiving
this radioisotope for therapy after surgery to remove the (rest of her)
thryoid due to a malignancy. She did not know the dosage she will receive but
it will be more than used for a diagnostic procedure.  May know more later but
would like to know. The child in question is 15 months old.
