Hi Karen,
The Australian Breastfeeding Association has such an initiative. You
might like to see the details on the ABA website at
http://www.breastfeeding.asn.au/advocacy/welcome.html

The kits provided to potential venues include two stickers - one that
faces outwards and one to be used through clear glass, plus details
of the criteria for accreditation, etc. As you will see, they get
'advertising' on the ABA website as one of the advantages to them.
This initiative began as a local project, and has been taken on
nationally by ABA.
