I always tell moms to save that early milk and use it when they go back to
work. My experience is that, upon return to work, moms are stressed out and
have a hard time producing.

I've never had a complaint of diarrhea from this...although I agree that it
is a theoretical possibility. that includes my own three kids...no problem.

Also, tandem nursing was not a problem for my children where this is
concerned either. Not sayng it couldn't be. Just...don't go into it
expecting a problem.

I thought someone would answer this one more factually. Yes, Rob you can
feed it to him but the colostrum may give loose stools. (Remember that
laxative effect in clearing meconium from the digestive tract.) I recall
nursing through a pregnancy and wondering why my toddler "had diarrhea"
until my co-LLLLeader pointed out the reason.
