I recently counseled a mom from the UK about travelling here to the US with her pumped milk. She wanted to pump ahead as she is coming for a conference and is concerned that she will not have enough time to pump here before the conference begins. She has every intention of nursing on the plane. Maybe this mom was is a similar situation.
