Subject: Simply Thick in the NICU

One of our neo's has started to have Simply Thick added to breastmilk
for reflux babies in our NICU. Is anyone out there using this also?
It contains xanthan gum, citric acid, sodium benzoate and potassium
sorbate. Our RD in the NICU is concerned mostly about the
preservatives and is also trying to gather info.  The web site is
www.simplythick.com. And yes there are no randomized controled
studies on it.
