My husbands Audi automobile performance company name of Intended
Acceleration (which is both a trademark and a registered website) was
only mentioned in the sales of an ebay product offering.  Ebay, being
informed of the business infringement, immediately removed this mans
auctions mentioning our business name.  They act immediately upon bona
fide complaints.

I was very disturbed to see that the person who advertised lactation
services on ebay has a website with the same name as my email addy! Of
course, she has every right to choose any name she wishes.  However, I
do want to reassure anybody who may have been wondering that I am not
that person.
