This whole tongue tie issue never ceases to confound
me.  Why is there no concern for surgical removal of
healthy tissue such as the foreskin of a penis (which
actually does have a function) on the majority of US
baby boys?  Whereas the surgical release of a tight
frenulum sparks such controversy?  Someone 'splain it
to me.
