Protonix is a proton pump inhibitor similar in structure and action to
Pepcid. Works in the digestive tract to decrease gastric secretions. (H2
histimine receptor antagonist) I may be wrong but it probably won't do any
harm to her or the baby to keep breastfeeding. Talk about sacrificing
breastfeeding on the altar of ignorance.....
