I don't think overproduction is rare, at least not in US. [ What is rare is
the mom who believes she has "enough" milk :-) That is universal
-worldwide.]  In US and Australia women are well-nourished, we stress
frequent, unlimited feedings, use both breasts at each feeding etc.  No
wonder oversupply is commonly seen.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
