Hello all,
My husband who is a financial advisor tries to help me to keep up with
Nestle activities. Not an easy task.
So not only will our Cadbury chocolate be on the list but now our pizza. He
 just sent this to me.
Nestle said Tuesday it is buying Kraft Foods Inc.'s frozen-pizza operations

in the U.S. and Canada, including brands such as DiGiorno and Tombstone,
for
$3.7 billion in cash.
Perhaps we should all just avoid junk food completely and be healthier,
which we should do. But on a very snowy day in America's heartland, this
sounds very depressing.
