Thank you for your speedy reply.  I must say, I enjoy your words of wisdom
on Lactnet.  You have a very good point about the question being
"breastfeeding/lactating" and the insistance the interviewer had.  It is a
very scary thought that they wield so much power over us.  Along with all
the other paperwork we do JCAHO has mandated that we need pain management
documentation and skin itergrity documentation both included in our charts!
They say we have a nursing shortage, BUT if they got rid of some of the
paper so we could do nursing it would be a whole lot easier!
