You might want to consider subscribing to the NMAA's Lactation Resource
Centre. Can't find the info on the cost--it's not cheap, but it's a great
service and includes a subscription to BF Review (among many others great
services, such as a number of free copies of articles, free literature
searches, and excellent review articles). You can get the info on the web
page, I imagine.

I've subscribed to BF Review for many years and have always found the cost
well worth it. It really helps to get an "outside North America" perspective
on lactation issues.
