Debby Kearney wrote about bottle teats and flow rates.  There is a  ref. for
this that I can share:  O. Matthew:  Determinants of milk flow through nipple
units.  ADJC, 1990; 144:222-224.  The conclusion of the study was that the
bore size of the hole(s) and the number of the holes in the teats determined
flow rate.  More and larger produced faster flow.
