Joy:  I can't speak for the mail system in Australia, but I can tell you
that here in PA USA I have not yet received my March JHL :(  I am
considering, with my renewal due in July, pro-rating what I send them based
on anything I did not receive as of that time!  Maybe that will get their
attention ( or they will deny my renewal! ).  Does any wise Lactnetter have
advice on how to solve this dilemma???  I see many asking about it but no
solutions.
