Let me know if I'm out of line, but I haven't found anyone decent in Tampa to talk to

My baby is 10 days old.  on Saturday she started slurping on and off the nipple.  Not really a bad latch, because I don't have discomfort, but just breaking suction over and over again.

My mer is strong, and I'm still very full.  She seems less satisfied, and is nursing more frequently since Saturday morning.

Any advice?
