To make one breast you will need one pair of pantyhose, 1lb bag of dried lentils, a small elastic band, a sharpie marker to draw a circle for the areola, and a pair of scissors. You can use more lentils if you want a larger breast.

1- take pantyhose and put one leg inside the other so you have a double thickness of material.
2- tie a knot above the heel to make a nipple, you may need to double knot to get the right size.
3- trim the foot off below the knot
4- place your hand INSIDE the pantyhose and grab the knot from the inside
5- with your other hand pull the pantyhose off your arm so the inside layer is now the outside layer
6- place the elastic band around the " nipple" knot
7- fill with lentils to desired size.
8- tie a knot in the back of the breast
9- trim the excess stocking
10- draw on an areola with sharpie marker

Ten steps. I like this breast because it's cheap to make - I had the materials at home. You can customize it for size, color, and areola size. It's a friendly breast - people like to play with it. And it's great for teaching RPS.

Can anyone share their favorite / must-use teaching techniques and tools (to buy, or even better, home-made)? I'm looking for inspiration and wisdom so that I can develop a class that's engaging and I truly appreciate all of your support and input! If it'd be better, you can email me off-list so we don't clog up the forum :) Thanks so much!
