Have you tried calling LLLI?  They maintain a list of LLL leaders in
countries all around the world, and would have the most up-to-date
information for contacting them.  I have a brochure that lists 2 names, but
it is from 1994, and thus probably out of date.  One is for Milan, which is
in the north, so no help.  The other location I don't recognize at all,
Nave(BS).

To reach LLLI, I think you can call 1-800-LA-LECHE.  The line is staffed
8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, Central Standard Time.  After hours, an answering
machine takes recorded messages.
