The English pamphlet says the same thing.  I have seen it.  I wrote to
the ADA a couple of years ago and they wrote back that they supported
breastfeeding, that they had "experts" look at the pamphlet, but they
would review it again with my criticisms in mind.

It might surprise your gleeful informant that dentists know even less
about breastfeeding than pediatricians, which is really something.
Before I get stomped on: I know, there are exceptions.
